When subscribing to the service: A service code is issued together with two or more 40x40x30 boxes specially created for the orderly storage of documents and displaying the service code and a progressive numbering by service code. Then we move on to:
DIGITALISATION of paper documents and STORAGE on electronic media (optical disks).
This activity can be carried out autonomously (inside the client company) or as a service offered by Mercierdocweb (externally).
